What Delivery Methods Are Available?
We offer local delivery to our customers in Singapore at a flat rate of $30. As soon as the order is confirmed, our staff will contact you to arrange a delivery date depending on our schedule.
On the day of delivery, our staff will ensure that the products are in order before making the trip down to your office.
Do You Ship Internationally?
At the moment, we only ship to countries in South-East Asia, specifically Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Brunei and Cambodia.
For internationl shipping aside from the countries mentioned above, do contact us directly to see whether it is possible to arrange a delivery to your country.
What are the payment methods and terms for local buyers?
Our terms for payment is COD. Once the goods have been delivered, payment must be made in full. As for payment methods, we accept Bank Cheque, Bank Transfer, Cash.
Do note for walk-in customers, we do not accept credit cards or nets payments. We only accept cash or PayNow.
What are the payment methods and terms for international buyers?
Our terms for payment is the full amount after confirmation of order. Once it has been received, we will release the goods to your forwarder and make the appropriate arrangements to have the goods delivered to your location. As for payment methods, TT or Bank Transfer is preferred.
